About
One engineer who takes a product all the way.
Most products die in the gap between people — between the designer and the developer, the developer and the backend, the backend and whoever was supposed to submit it to the store. I close that gap by being all of them.

Certified FlutterFlow Expert01 — Who I am
Hi, I'm Chand Latif
I'm a senior software engineer and full-stack developer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Over the past four years I've shipped products for clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America — marketplaces, wellness platforms, AI assistants, B2B field tools and internal operations systems.
I work as one person, deliberately. Everything I've shipped I designed, built, released and then maintained myself, which means the person you talk to about a bug is the person who wrote the line that caused it. For a small team that is usually faster than a firm; for a company hiring, it means I'm comfortable being the only engineer on something.
Right now I'm open to remote roles & freelance projects. I work remotely from Sialkot, Pakistan and overlap the full UK and EU working day, with mornings that reach the US East Coast.

02 — How I got here
Four years, fifteen-plus products, two platforms.
2021
Started building for clients
First commercial apps, mostly Flutter. Learned the hard parts early: App Store review, real users on old devices, and the difference between a demo and a product.
2022 — 2023
Full-stack, end to end
Stopped handing backends to other people. Firebase, Supabase and Postgres joined the toolkit, which meant I could own a product from the data model to the store listing.
2024
B2B tools and the web
Automotive inspection tooling, wellness apps, and my first serious React/Next.js work. Certified as a FlutterFlow expert along the way.
2025 — now
Bigger systems, harder problems
A multi-model AI assistant now used by 15,000+ people, and an operations platform that runs a UK surveying firm's daily work. Available for remote roles and freelance projects.

03 — What I stand for
The principles behind every build
Ship, don't stall
Ideas are cheap; launched products are not. I optimise everything around getting real software into real users' hands, then improving it with what they tell me.
Radical visibility
Weekly demo builds, honest timelines, and no jargon walls. You always know exactly where a project stands, because you can open it yourself.
One person, accountable
There is nobody for me to hand your problem to. That is the point: no account manager, no rotating team, no context lost between people.
Code you own
Full source, documentation and infrastructure access on completion. Modern stacks, no lock-in, and nothing legacy from day one.
Hiring, or building?
Let's talk.
Whether it's a role or a product, tell me about it. I reply within 24 hours with honest feedback and a clear next step.
