The problem
Dealers buying at auctions in other states had to phone each auction's service desk separately to get condition reports, gate passes, floor plan payments and transport booked. Sellers had the reverse problem when reserving run numbers for consignment.
What I built
I built a dealer-facing app that replaces those calls. Each request type gets its own short form: condition reports, floor plan payments, gate passes, transportation, inspections, arbitration and consignment run numbers. The app also surfaces auction platforms and industry tools for sale day, with live assistance when a request needs a person.
The outcome
Live on the App Store as the service app for a network of more than 50 auction locations across 25 US states. Dealers spend less time on hold and more time bidding.
