My role
Solo developer — guided-capture UX, Flutter app, report generation, the centralised records backend, and both store releases.
The problem
Automotive professionals were documenting vehicle condition with ad-hoc photos and paper forms. Every inspector did it slightly differently, which made reports slow to produce and impossible to compare across teams and locations.
What I built
I built a guided photography workflow that walks an inspector through every required angle in a fixed order, so consistency comes from the tool rather than from training. Captured evidence compiles into standardised valuation and damage reports that land in a central system the whole organisation can search.
The outcome
Consistent, professional vehicle reports produced in a fraction of the time, with a searchable central record replacing scattered photo folders and paperwork.
