My role
Solo developer — Flutter app for both platforms, Firebase backend, the content-management tooling the client's editors use daily, and both store releases.
The problem
Expats and tourists arriving in Poland were piecing the country together from dozens of websites, Facebook groups and blog posts last updated years ago. There was no single trusted place for city guides, local news, listings and deals.
What I built
I built a unified lifestyle platform that brings city guides, curated news, local listings and exclusive discounts into one polished app. The part that mattered most to the client was not visible in the app at all: a content-management layer that lets a non-technical editor publish an update in minutes, because a guide app nobody can update dies within a month.
The outcome
A single go-to companion for the expat community in Poland, live on both the App Store and Google Play with a growing user base across the major Polish cities.
