A conversion-focused website for a surveyor-led building repairs & maintenance firm
My role
Solo developer — information architecture, visual design, the full front-end build, SEO structure, and deployment.
The problem
The firm had a professional, surveyor-led delivery model and nothing online that reflected it. To win work from national insurers, loss adjusters, managing agents and housing providers, they needed a site that read as a structured delivery partner rather than another contractor with a phone number.
What I built
I designed and built a fast, SEO-first corporate site that sells the process rather than the labour. The structure does the persuading: clear service breakdowns, a step-by-step delivery model, project case studies, client testimonials, and a separate supply-chain recruitment funnel so contractor applications never dilute the client-facing conversion path.
The outcome
A polished, conversion-ready web presence that lets a B2B building-services firm pitch national clients with confidence. Live across London and the South West at spacebmr.co.uk.
